ACTIVE AND FUN, WITH TIME TO RELAX Our adventures are active—with two naturalist-led hikes each day that bring you across incredible landscapes and close to the unique wildlife. You can also snorkel with penguins, sea lions, and sea turtles, explore by Zodiac, and enjoy optional sea kayaking. Back on board, there are ample comfortable decks to take in the views as you arrive at each new island or enjoy your favorite drink while being treated to a tropical sunset. FRESH LOCAL FOOD, WONDERFULLY PREPARED Cuisine on board is inventive, fresh, and delicious. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced in the islands: our bread comes from a women’s co-op bakery, vegetables are grown on an organic farm, juices are from locally grown fruits—even the ice cream comes from the Galápagos Cooking School! Our menus include fresh fish and ceviche, and crispy, golden llapingachos, a renowned Ecuadorean dish.
