Zodiac rides bring you to deep fjords where bearded seals roam, and you’ll hike to an abandoned Inuit settlement, a true Arctic ghost town.
DAYS 6-15 SOUTH GREENLAND / WEST GREENLAND South Greenland is steeped in Norse history, and one of its sites includes Hvalsey, Greenland’s best-preserved Norse ruins. Among the highlights of West Greenland are Disko Bay and the Ilulissat Icefjord, a World Heritage Site that’s home to one of the world’s most active glaciers.
